Payment terms
If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may purchase content only with the involvement of your parent or guardian. Make sure you review these Terms of Use with your parent or guardian so that you both understand all of your rights and responsibilities.
Authority
When you provide a funding instrument to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that funding instrument. When you fund a transaction, you authorize us (and our designated payment partner) to charge the full amount to the funding instrument you designate for the transaction. You also authorize us to collect and store that funding instrument, along with other related transaction information.
Failed funding
If you fund a payment by debit or credit card and your load transaction results in an overdraft or other fee(s) from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.
Purchase of digital content
Online offers Digital Content on the Online Store and on the store in the Motion Catalyst App. Digital Content purchased through Online can only be viewed and used on Motion Catalyst App, Online web portal and Motion Catalyst software. When purchasing Digital Content from the Online Store personal information and credit card information is required. All information will be handled by the third party chosen by the user. When purchasing Digital Content on the store in the Motion Catalyst App the terms related to Apple is applicable, please refer to Apple Media Services' Terms and Conditions and Google Play Store’s Terms and Condition pages. There will be under no circumstances be given a refund on Digital Content.
Subscription payment
When signing up for a software or storage subscription plan personal information and credit card information is required. All information will be handled by the third party, Stripe for software subscriptions and Paypal for storage subscriptions. Subscription plans are prepaid and fees will be automatically withdrawn from the user’s bank account on a monthly or yearly basis. When changing subscription plan the signup process will be repeated and a new subscription plan will be agreed between the user and Initial Force AS. The old subscription plan will be automatically canceled after its prepaid period. If the old subscription plan was paid through PayPal the user will have to cancel the payment plan manually on the PayPal user account.
Change of subscription plans
Initial Force reserves the right to change the subscription plan structure and the method of payment. Any changes will take effect from the next payment or withdrawal. Any changes will be given a one week notice sent to the email registered in the User account.
Cancel paying subscriptions
Software subscriptions can be canceled through the webshop.
Storage subscription plans and old software subscriptions made through PayPal will have to be canceled manually on the PayPal user account.
The subscription plans will run out its prepaid period before being canceled.
Downtime
Payments already made will not be refunded due to downtime of the service, within acceptable conditions*.
*Acceptable conditions are 99% uptime
Initial Force AS as cancelling part
Initial Force AS reserves the right to cancel subscription plans due to major changes in pricing, structure or costs. Prepaid periods will not be affected. Any misuse of the service may be the cause for immediate cancellation of a subscription plan, content and the User account.
